Wanda Square is a national famous city living square, located in major cities, is a city center, features shopping, entertainment, dining, fashion, leisure and other integrated large-scale buildings, mainly by large podium and high-rise tower buildings form. The structure is mainly frame structure-shear wall structure.

In recent years, Shanghai Horse Construction Co., Ltd has participated in a lot of structural rehibitation projects of Wanda Plaza, such as Shanghai Wuguang Plaza Wanda Plaza, Shanghai Zhoupu Wanda Plaza, Shanghai Baoshan Wanda Plaza, Wuxi Huishan Wanda Square store, Chongqing Dadukou Wanda Plaza shops.

Almost of Wanda Living Plaza retrofitting due to these reasons:

1. The use of functional changes, increasing load more than the original design ;
