Project overview
This project is the entertainment city on the north side of the Regal Court (B District), two floors underground, and the total floor area of the three floors is about 5000 square meters. The original structure column, beam and slab are reinforced for the use requirements. It is necessary to use anchoring adhesive to implant steel bars, planting steel bar anchor into the original structure concrete, the length is 15d (D is the diameter of reinforcing steel bar), the specifications of planting bar are 10, 12, 16, 22, 25, 28, etc. The original structure concrete is cut by opening and cutting. Reinforcement of steel plate and CFRP on the original structure beam and roof because of the change of structural load.
Structural strengthening materials
Planting bar adhesive(HM-500 anchoring adhesive), all kinds of reinforced bar and carbon fiber cloth (single layer carbon fiber cloth, fiber weight per unit area is 300g/m2,HM-30 carbon fiber reinfroced polymer fabric), HM-180c3p carbon fiber adhesive, 6mm, 4mm thick steel plates, HM-120M steel jacketing adhesive, HM-120 steel plate adhesive 20 chemical anchor bolts and I20a I-steel.

Planting rebar
1.Drill hole to the diameter and depth required. The diameter must be in accordance with anchor size.
2.The drill hole must be cleaned with air blower, starting from the bottom of the hole.The drill hole mustbe thoroughly cleaned with steel brush. After brush, to use air blower to clean the drill hole again.
3.Inject resin anchor resin into the hole, starting from the bottom, while slowly drawing back the static mixer. In any case avoid entrapping air. For deep holes extension tubing can be used.
4.Insert the anchor with a rotary motion into the filled drill hole. Some adhesive must come out of the hole.
5.During the resin hardening time the anchor must not be moved or loaded.
