The reinforcement of the main bridge across the construction site: foundation reinforcement, pier reinforcement, beam reinforcement, bearing replacement, rework of deck pavement, expansion joints, taiwan slab.
Project overview
The construction of the highway retrofitting project of 205 G5106 Shenzhen section, the pile No. K26+900 ~ K37+351.428. The design starting point K26+900 is located in Longgang Street office, the end K37+351.428 is located at the border of Shenzhen and Huizhou, and the line is full of 10.449km. This section consists of the main line of 6 bridges, Long Park Road Bridge, Longgang bridge, West Lake Tang Bridge, Ding Shanhe bridge, Tun Zi River Bridge and pond bridge, in which the design of the small rivers and the Longgang River Bridge Bridge Bridge II for the demolition and reconstruction, the other is the bridge design for reinforcement. The bridge reinforcement are shown in the following table:
1. Long Park Road Bridge
Crack repair, bonding steel plate of the beam
2. Longgang River Bridge
The beam of bonding steel plate,the beam reinforcement of increasing section reinforcement using anchoring adhesive, bearing replacement
3. West Lake Tangtang overpass
Bonded carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) fabric and steel plate for pier
4. Tun Zi River Bridge
Reinforcement of steel plate of the beam and column reinforced by enlargement section
5. Pond bridge
Sealing of concrete cracks and bonded steel plate in beam
Construction
The main construction site and schedule:
1, the reinforcement of the main bridge across the construction site: foundation reinforcement, pier reinforcement, beam reinforcement, bearing replacement, rework of deck pavement, expansion joints, taiwan slab.
2, construction period arrangement: the construction period of bridge reinforcement is October 25, 2008 -2009 July 30th
