Project overview

The safety and reinforcement project of school buildings in primary and middle schools. Is located in the North District of Fangshan District, the total construction area of 11271.05 square meters. The teaching building of 6431.09 square meters, six storey frame shear wall structure, the height of 3.60M; the experiment building of 4840.16 square meters, six storey frame shear wall structure, the height is 3.90m.


The main reinforcement method of this project

(1) wall strengthening: remove the original window and the back wall, and make a new shear wall.

(2) stair strengthening: the ladder board adopts the method of sticking carbon fiber cloth, and the beam is strengthened by the method of reinforcing the section with the planting reinforcement.

(3) frame column strengthening: the column is strengthened by the method of increasing the cross section of C30 concrete with the planting reinforcement.

(4) girder strengthening: epoxy bonded steel plate reinforcement.

Main reinforcement content and construction scope

1.Academic Building

At the bottom of the slab, the carbon fiber cloth is pasted, the width is 150mm, the distance is 100mm, and the single layer is arranged in two directions.

The joint beam of the outer wall hole is reinforced with steel.

2.Laboratory Building

The bottom four layer /CA-CB, C1 axis CC-CD axis at the windows and walls after the demolition, change to 200mm thick concrete wall.

Frame column enlargement section: first layer CA/C2 axis, CD/C1/C2 axis, outdoor Z2

Frame column pasting carbon fiber cloth: first layer CB/C2, C3, C4, C5 axis, CA/C3 axis, CC/C4, C5 axis; outdoor Z3.
