Construction difficulty

The width of beam bottom is only 1.2m, and 3 prestressed carbon fiber plates need to be installed.


Solution

Prestressed CFRP plates are pasted longitudinally at the bottom of the box girder. The size of the carbon plate is 26500mm x 100mm x 1.2mm, and the ultimate tensile stress is more than 2400KN., and the tensile strength is 288KN. The tensioning stress of this project is 800MPa, tensile force is 96KN.
