Project overview

The intersection bridge is located in the four sections of the two ring road, the eastern section and the Fuqing Road, which are used to maintain the urban overpass for the class I. The bridge is 3225m long and 7.5 to 16m wide, and adopts three level interchange peach type interchange. The bridge consists of 9 main bridges, including the main line, No. 1, No. 3, 4, 6, No. 7, 8, No. 9, and 10.

The superstructure of the bridge is made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete continuous slab and prefabricated prestressed concrete hollow slab, and the special-shaped plate of curved bridge and Lane junction is a cast-in-place concrete slab, the other is prefabricated prestressed concrete hollow slab, two kinds of span are divided into 13m and 16m, and the bridge surface is treated continuously.

The abutment is concrete abutment, the pier is reinforced concrete column pier, and the support is rectangular rubber bearing.

According to the characteristics of beam cracks, the location and methods of CFRP reinforcement are as follows:

  1. The main bridge is first span and thirteenth span: longitudinal bridge to bottom plate, double carbon fiber cloth @80cm, transverse bridge to bottom plate + web single layer layering carbon fiber cloth @160cm.

  2. Main bridge third span: transverse bridge to floor bilayer carbon fiber cloth @80cm or @140cm - to longitudinal bridge to single floor layering carbon fiber cloth @216cm.

  3. The tenth, eleventh span of the main bridge: the double carbon fiber cloth @108cm of the longitudinal bridge to the bottom plate, the double carbon fiber cloth of the longitudinal bridge to the web, @30cm, and the horizontal bridge to the bottom and the single layer of the web, @160cm.

  4. Main bridge twelfth span: transverse bridge to floor bilayer carbon fiber cloth @80cm - to longitudinal bridge to single layer layering carbon fiber cloth @240cm.


Construction sequence and schedule

After the CFRP fabric is pasted and pasted to complete the replacement process of the bridge support, it can be carried out and paste and solidify before the asphalt is added to the bridge deck. In addition, the cracks and surface defects of beam and slab should be treated before sticking.
